Job summary

American Career College seeks an experienced academic leader to guide the Behavioral Health Technician program. You will oversee curriculum development and coordination, assign teaching duties, select facilities, and coordinate external instruction, ensuring accreditation and licensure compliance and alignment with college goals.

The ideal candidate has substantial post-certification clinical experience, a Master’s in a related field, and an active BCBA credential.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree in ABA or related field and BCBA credential.
• Deep knowledge of ABHES accreditation standards, BACB RBT standards, and CCAPP provider requirements.
• Experienced in curriculum development and academic leadership.
• Proven ability to lead faculty and manage program operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic academic leadership in planning, implementing, evaluating and improving the program to meet accreditation/licensure requirements.
• Lead teaching faculty, coordinate external facilities, assign teaching, and foster an environment of creativity and accountability.
