BEHAVIOR INTERVENTIONS INC. Mount Joy seeks a Program Director to lead clinical programs, supervise BCBAs and direct staff development. The role includes oversight of Enhanced ABA programs, staff coaching, and quality assurance across centers, with travel for site visits as needed.

The position requires a BCBA, PA licensing where applicable, and a master’s degree in education, ABA, or psychology, plus multiple years of supervisory experience in behavior analysis.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education, applied behavior analysis or psychology.
• Board Certification (BCBA) required.
• PA Behavior Specialist License for PA applicants.
• Maintains BCBA credential and PA LBS as applicable.
• 5 years of BCBA experience developing and implementing programs.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience (supervising BCBAs).
• Willingness to travel for site visits within specified counties.
• Must have valid ID and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the Enhanced ABA Program and related services for high-risk clients.
• Develops and oversees center BCBA group meetings and agendas.
• Provides direct supervision and performance coaching for staff.
• Leads staff development, R2P training and strategic planning.
• Functions as trainer for onsite and offsite professional development.
• Ensures adherence to policies, quality control, and safety standards.
