Job summary

Brightli in Independence, MO is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead and mentor our clinical team within Recovery Services, overseeing service delivery, treatment planning, and quality care to support clients on their recovery journey.

You will provide clinical leadership, supervision, and staff development, coordinate with community partners, monitor outcomes and compliance, and contribute to program operations and improvement efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master's in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field with 3+ years in behavioral health and 1+ year supervising staff.
• Bachelor's in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Nursing, or related field with 4+ years in behavioral health and 2+ years supervising.
• QAP certification with 4+ years SUD treatment and 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Missouri license (Counselor/Psychologist/Physician) with SUD treatment experience and supervisory experience.
• Clinical Social Worker or related/master's- or doctorate-level mental health credential with supervised experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical team delivery of high-quality behavioral health and SUD services.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and development plans for staff.
• Coordinate care with community partners; ensure compliance and quality standards.
• Monitor documentation, outcomes, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with program budgeting, scheduling and performance improvement initiatives.
• Respond to crises and support incident management.
