The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of healthcare experience or 5 years in behavioral healthcare; a Master’s degree is preferred. Travel as needed to assigned areas is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field or related area required.
• Two years of relevant healthcare system experience or five years in behavioral healthcare required.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for behavioral health and community programs.
• Oversee operations, financial performance, quality initiatives, and team leadership.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with CARF/state licensing and payer requirements.
• Develop staff through recruitment, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Engage with referrals, community partners, and funding sources.
