Job summary

Gándara Mental Health Center in Greater Springfield, MA is seeking a Program Director to provide leadership for the treatment team at the Adolescent & Family Services program, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring recovery-oriented services within a supportive environment.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and at least two years in human services with supervisory experience; bilingual English/Spanish is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum two years of experience in Human Services and supervisory experience.
• Bilingual (English + Spanish) encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the treatment team and oversee day-to-day program operations.
• Oversee client services, program adherence to policies, and staff supervision.
• Coordinate referrals, quarterly reports, and budget planning.
• Ensure patient safety and crisis intervention as needed.
