Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking qualified professionals for an outpatient MAT environment. Requirements include a four-year degree in counseling or related field, Virginia Board of Counseling registration with one of the listed licenses (LCSW, LPC, LSATP or CSAC), at least three years of supervisory experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Candidates with a recovering status and three years of abstinence are preferred. The position starts early at 5:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in counseling or related field, or experience in another field of similar experience.
• Be registered with the Virginia Board of Counseling and possess one of the following licenses: LCSW, LPC, LSATP or CSAC
• A minimum of three years supervisory experience is required.
• Must hold an active CPR Certification.
• Must have a valid driver's license or state issued id and provide appropriate license or certificate.
• If recovering, three years of continuous verifiable abstinence is required.
• This position requires early morning hours, beginning at 5:00 AM.
