Job summary

Adaptive Sports at Mount Snow is seeking a collaborative, mission-driven Program Director to lead and grow our year-round adaptive sports programs. This role oversees program development, staff and volunteer leadership, participant engagement, and community partnerships to ensure high-quality, inclusive experiences for individuals with disabilities.

You will design, implement, and evaluate programs; supervise staff; recruit participants and families; build partnerships with schools and community

Qualifications

  • Experience managing recreation or adaptive sports programs.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • Supervisory experience required (2+ years preferred).
  • Familiar with outdoor activities such as snow skiing, boarding, hiking, paddle, etc
  • Knowledge of adaptive sports and working with individuals with disabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
