Dungarvin is seeking a Program Director to oversee and coordinate residential and/or day programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role combines direct care with supervisory duties and requires guiding program operations and staff.
The position emphasizes program management, training, and ensuring goals are met while maintaining compliance and a collaborative work environment. A bachelor's degree in human services and a valid driver's license are required.

As the Program Director you will have oversight and be responsible for coordinating and managing the overall assigned program or programs (residential and/or day program) in relation to individuals with developmental disabilities (IDD).This position is a mixture of both direct care and supervisory duties.
