Dungarvin in Baton Rouge seeks a Program Director to oversee four assigned programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities. You will coordinate goals, plans, and program implementation while balancing direct care duties with supervisory responsibilities.
You will supervise personnel, manage program operations including budgeting, and lead interdisciplinary team meetings to support continued growth and happiness for recipients.

Salary: $45,000 yearly
As theProgramDirectoryou will have oversight andbe responsible forcoordinating and managing the overall assigned programs (4 in total; All in Baton Rouge)in relation to individuals with developmental disabilities (IDD).Theprogram directoris responsible formonitoringall aspects of the programincluding but not limited to developing individual goals and plans, implementingprogram.This position is a mixture of both direct care and supervisory duties.
