Job summary

Crestwood Champion Healing Center in Lompoc, CA is seeking an Assistant Program Director to help direct and coordinate case management and programming in our behavioral health services. You will ensure policy compliance, oversee reporting, and provide therapeutic guidance to staff, advancing a person-centered recovery process.

Qualified candidates have an associate or bachelor degree in related field and at least two years of clinical experience, including mental health settings; we offer

• A minimum of an A.A./B.A./B.S. degree in psychology, social work, LVN/LPT, or a field related to mental health is preferred.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical setting, at least one of which must have been in a mental health setting.

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Program Director assists in the direction and coordination of assigned aspects of case management and programming.
• The Assistant Program Director ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and the timely completion of respective reporting requirements.
• The Assistant Program Director also helps in the supervision of program staff by providing therapeutic guidance.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range:

$30 - $36.90 USD
