Job summary

ServiceNet's Developmental Brain Injury Services (DBIS) seeks a Program Director to lead the daily operations of a residential program, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance. You will guide staff, supervise programs, and advance goals within a PBS-informed framework to support residents’ independence and safety.

You will oversee health and daily living needs, organize team meetings, participate in ISP reviews, and maintain certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with individuals with brain injuries or developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Preferred certifications: MAP, PABC, CPR/First Aid.
• Ability to pass a background screening (CORI).

Responsibilities

• Support the launch of a new residential program, including home setup, furnishing, hiring, and staff training.
• Ensure ongoing licensing and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, teach, and model best practices for staff using PBS strategies.
• Oversee residents' health, safety, nutrition, medical care, hygiene, and recreation.
• Manage individual financial needs and reporting.
• Participate in rotating 24-hour on-call schedule and coordinate coverage during absences.
• Contribute to ISP reviews, treatment team meetings, and individualized planning.
• Organize and lead regular program staff meetings.
• Maintain agency certifications and documentation standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.

Position Summary

As Program Director, you'll lead the daily operations of a residential program, ensuring high-quality care, program compliance, and staff leadership—while fostering a culture of respect, creativity, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the successful launch of a new residential program, including home setup, furnishing, hiring, and staff training.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with licensing and regulatory standards.
• Lead, teach, and model best practices for staff using PBS strategies.
• Oversee the health, safety, and daily living needs of residents—nutrition, medical care, hygiene, and recreational engagement.
• Manage individual financial needs and reporting.
• Participate in a rotating 24-hour on-call schedule and coordinate coverage during staff absences.
• Contribute actively to ISP reviews, treatment team meetings, and individualized planning (goals, behavior plans, safety plans).
• Organize and lead regular program staff meetings.
• Maintain agency certifications and documentation standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.

• Supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with individuals with brain injuries or developmental disabilities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $50,079–$52,139
• MAP differential: $2/hr
