Job summary

EDSI is seeking a Program Director for the Gulf Coast Region to lead regional operations, drive performance, and ensure data accuracy and service delivery in alignment with contract obligations. The role involves collaborating with leadership and contractor staff to optimize workflows and compliance.

The position requires 5–10 years of leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; master’s degree is preferred.
• 5–10 years of relevant leadership experience.
• Experience managing large-scale projects and driving change initiatives, including as-is process mapping and the design and rollout of new processes and SOPs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership team and contractor’s staff to ensure that customer flow, service delivery, and data management are efficient and effective.
• Provide ongoing support for operations and technology.
• Strategically facilitate business-driven job placements as an active member of the leadership team.
• Respond in a timely manner to requests from the contracting agency on issues related to performance tracking and compliance.
• Evaluate performance with respect to contract obligations and draft quarterly team goals.
• Manage ISO compliance and audits.
