Job summary

Lifepoint Health seeks a Program Director, SLP for Highpoint Health - Sumner with Ascension Saint Thomas in Gallatin, TN. You will lead the rehabilitation program, directing operations, budgeting, and staff development to deliver high-quality patient care in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in a health-related field, demonstrated health/human services management experience, and a track record of team leadership and program improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related, business, public relations or human services area of concentration; clinical licensure if required by state.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation program and ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Recruit, develop and supervise an interdisciplinary team.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Oversee budgeting, staffing, productivity and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Build relationships with hospital leadership, physicians and community partners.
  • Drive quality improvement, patient satisfaction and program growth through data-driven decisions.

More About The Position The Program Director is responsible for the overall leadership and operation of the rehabilitation program. In this role, you will plan, direct, and coordinate program activities to ensure organizational and client goals are achieved. You will also play a key role in program development, quality improvement initiatives, problem-solving, and driving productivity while collaborating in a flexible, interdisciplinary team environment.

What We\'re Looking For Education: Graduate of a bachelor\'s degree program in a health related, business, public relations or human services area of concentration. If clinical, must possess a current license to practice as required by the state.

Experience: A track record of successful management experience in a health or human services setting and/or an extensive rehabilitation background combined with strong interpersonal and organizational skill is necessary.
