Responsibilities:

• Enthusiastically teach GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Work with Gym Director to lead a team in providing outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• Oversee the full of breadth offered programs and curriculum to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym are met in every class, every program, every day.
• Excite and inspire team members to be their best and teach their best classes.
• Oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members.
• Maintain facility and equipment.
• Excite all new customers to become members.
• Collaborate with the Gym Director in developing and inspiring a team atmosphere.
• Assist the Gym Director in managing day to day operations.
• Participate in grass roots marketing events.

Qualifications:

• A background in gymnastics is a plus.
• Customer service experience
• Excellent time management skills
• Great attitude and strong work ethic
• Love to have fun and not only smiles easily but finds joy in making others smile

Compensation:

$38,000-$42,00 base salary per year plus up to $6,000 in bonuses per year.
