Job summary

Zimmer Biomet in Nashville seeks a Program Development Specialist to lead training for ROSA Brain, coordinating with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital administrators to drive system utilization and education.

You will conduct on-site demonstrations, develop launch plans, and maintain program documentation while supporting MedEd events and trade shows as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead surgical teams through training pathways to educate surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA Brain product.
• Develop support plans with hospital administrators, surgeons, and staff to launch, promote, and develop programs.
• Provide on-site support for product demonstrations and educational initiatives to build local and regional market awareness.
• Perform new system installations, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting per established processes.
• Follow internal communication and documentation policies (QA).
• Responsible for key administration duties and customer satisfaction.
• Attend product trade shows and annual trainings as required.
• Provide support for MedEd events as required.

What You Can Expect

The Program Development Specialist builds successful programs by aligning with key Hospital and Facility stakeholders (including surgeons, OR and other facility staff as necessary), sales colleagues and local implant teams to onboard and subsequently drive system utilization of ROSA Brain product.

How You'll Create Impact

• Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ZB product with the help of supervisor or other other Clinical team member
• Using available tools/resources/materials, develop support plans with hospital administrators, surgeons, and staff to launch, promote, and develop programs
• Provide on site support for product demonstrations and educational initiatives to build local and regional market awareness
• Perform new system installations, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting and repair for products following established processes with the help of Supervisor or other Clinical Team Member.
• Follow all internal communication and documentation policies (QA).
• Responsible for key administration duties
• Promote the highest levels of customer satisfaction through the timely response of customer inquiries, clear and effective communications, and professional appearances.
• Attend product trade shows and annual trainings as required
• Provides support for MedEd events as required

Your Background

• B.S. in Engineering or M.S/Ph.D in Neuro or Biological Science
• 1-3 years experience of field support, engineering, or other customer facing function with a medical device company preferred.
• Equivalent years of experience and education will be considered.
• Excellent communication, organizational and customer relation skills
• Ability to work without specific direction on daily activities
• Ability to determine one’s own schedule based on business needs
• Ability to apply technical knowledge to solve varied and complex problems, potentially ones not previously encountered

Expected base salary for this position is $80,000 - 90,000 with a yearly bonus structure

Travel Expectations

Up to 80% in territory
