Job summary

Zimmer Biomet in Des Moines, IA, seeks a Robotics Clinical Sr Sales Rep to promote and support technology-centric product launches at key accounts and drive robotic usage, including ROSA system education and training.

You will lead surgical teams, onboard new accounts, and coordinate with service technicians to ensure safe, effective adoption of robotic technologies while maintaining high customer satisfaction and meeting sales goals. Up to 75% travel; base 100k–120k USD with a 75k USD incentive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred.
• Associate’s degree with equivalent experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical sales experience or 1 year of orthopedic sales or case coverage experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop account-specific launch plans to enable locally sustainable support and use of new technologies and robots.
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways to educate surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA™ system and other technologies.
• Onboard new accounts with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service technicians; provide in-service to facility staff and train local implant sales colleagues.
• Provide on-site support for product demonstrations and educational initiatives to build local and regional market awareness.
• Attend product trade shows and annual trainings; support MedEd events as required.

The Robotics Clinical Sr Sales rep will promote and support technology centric product launches at key customer accounts as well as drive utilization of robotic usage. As part of the program development team, they will educate, train, and assist key stakeholders of sustainable use of technology helping customers achieve their technology program goals.

How You'll Create Impact

• Develop account specific launch plan to enable locally sustainable support and use of new technologies as well as driving utilization of robots a key measure of success in this role.
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA™ system and other technologies
• Partners with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service technicians to onboard new accounts, including attend system installation, provide in-service to relevant facility staff, train local implant sales colleagues and provide clinical support during enabling technology cases
• Supports advanced technology upgrades as required
• Provides on-site support for product demonstrations and educational initiatives to build local and regional market awareness
• Responsible for key administration duties
• Promote the highest levels of customer satisfaction through the timely response of customer inquiries, clear and effective communications, and professional appearances.
• Follow all internal communication and documentation policies (QA).
• Attend product trade shows and annual trainings as required
• Provides support for MedEd events as required
• This position requires the ability to perform tasks that rely on adequate visual and auditory perception including but not limited to viewing different colors on screens and hearing specific sounds that indicate a prescribed response. Your Background
