Job summary

Credence is seeking a Program Design Support Specialist IV to support foreign assistance programming with focus on design, implementation, and evaluation for U.S. foreign policy objectives in NEA. The role collaborates with U.S.

embassies, interagency partners, and private sector stakeholders, ensuring adherence to federal regulations. Day-to-day duties include oversight by a DOS GTM and a contract supervisor, with responsibilities spanning coordination, strategy development, and performance

Qualifications

• Knowledge of USG foreign policy or related federal programming beneficial.
• Ability to gather information and make recommendations to decision makers.
• Ability to collaborate with peers across teams and offices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with implementing partners for foreign assistance projects.
• Support program coordination, design, and management with NEA regional offices and bureaus.
• Develop strategies to implement projects and achieve objectives.
• Evaluate project operations to meet policy goals and suggest improvements.
• Brief NEA leadership and draft memos and talking points.
