Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Program Design Support Specialist IV to join the Humanitarian Assistance Support Contract (HASC) team embedded with DOS NEA/AC in Washington, DC. You will design, implement, and evaluate foreign assistance programs across the Middle East and North Africa, coordinating with U.S.

embassies, interagency partners, and implementers. The role requires analytical expertise, knowledge of foreign assistance, and strong project management skills to ensure

Qualifications

• Knowledge of USG foreign policy and foreign assistance programs.
• Ability to gather and retain information and make informed recommendations.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and offices.
• Strong organizational and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with implementing partners to manage foreign assistance projects and liaise with grants/contracting officers' representatives.
• Support program coordination, design, and management across NEA regional offices and related bureaus.
• Identify strategies to implement projects and achieve objectives.
• Evaluate effectiveness of operations and recommend policy or process changes.
• Brief NEA leadership and prepare memos, briefing materials, and talking points.
