Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Program Delivery Governance Lead for the Stars Enablement Team to establish and maintain governance structures that improve Stars performance and overall quality.

You will work with a small team, align governance with regulatory requirements, and advise senior leadership on governance matters. This remote role requires 7+ years in program delivery and proven ability to manage budgets, lead cross-functional initiatives, and present to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in program delivery, governance, project management, audit, Stars and/or quality.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

The Program Delivery Governance Lead for the Stars Enablement Team will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing governance structures and meeting forums that drive improvements in Stars measure performance and organizational effectiveness. Working closely with a small team, this role will continuously enhance and lead governance processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. The Program Delivery Lead addresses issues of diverse scope and complexity, applying independent judgment to deliver results that support Healthy Quality and Stars initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the governance process for the Stars organization, as part of the governance team.
• And with leadership input and support Strategically design, implement, and maintain governance structures and forums to drive improvement in Stars and quality metrics.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree 7 or more years of experience in program delivery, governance, project management, audit, Stars and/or quality Demonstrated comfort working with budgets and financial resources Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and driving organizational change Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively in both written and oral forms Experience presenting to large groups and engage senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge and/or experience within the Stars Organization, Risk Adjustment and/or Provider PMP or CAPM Certification Lean or Six Sigma certification

The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $115,200 - $158,400 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
