This hands-on role blends software engineering, AI, operational intelligence, data analytics and production support, focusing on designing, developing, and supporting AI-powered solutions while leading resolution of complex production issues. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of technical experience

This role is ideal for a technical leader who thrives at the intersection of software engineering, AI, operational intelligence, data analytics, and production support. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting AI-powered operational solutions while leading the resolution of complex production issues across enterprise applications and platforms. This is not a traditional management role—successful candidates must be comfortable being hands-on with architecture, coding, troubleshooting, system integrations, and incident remediation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI, GenAI, analytics, and operational intelligence solutions.

Required Qualifications

Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $106,900 - $147,000 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
