Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Program Data Analyst to transform messy project data into actionable insights across engineering, sales, and leadership. You will process large datasets, run analyses, explore AI use cases, and develop proofs of concept to inform decisions.

The role emphasizes building repeatable data pipelines, transparent documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely outputs that drive delivery and strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Process large, inconsistent datasets end to end including extraction from documents and reconciliation
• Proficiency in Python or equivalent scripting language, advanced Excel, and SQL
• Experience calling and integrating APIs and building small automations
• Practical experience applying AI services to real workflows with sound judgment
• Clear written communication and documentation to repeat and defend methods

Responsibilities

• Process project data, perform analysis and research, and develop outputs for leadership
• Evaluate and implement AI use cases with governance requirements
• Develop proofs of concept and hand off validated prototypes to IT or development partners
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project teams, engineering, sales, and functional leaders
