Job summary

Northrop Grumman's Space Sector seeks a Program Cost Control Analyst at either Level 3 or Level 4 to support budgets and schedules for contracts. This onsite role in Dulles, VA requires an SCI clearance and strengthens financial analyses, forecasts, and funding planning.

You will prepare expenditures, run cost analyses, and work with Earned Value Management processes to ensure budgets align with government guidelines and program objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of professional experience OR advanced degree with relevant experience
• Active Top-Secret/SCI clearance at time of application
• Experience with financial analysis or reporting
• Experience with MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Set up cost control system, monitor costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system
• Support audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and management
• Perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure contracts are within negotiated parameters and government cost control guidelines
• Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks including WBS development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis, and visibility reports
• Other duties as assigned
