0902 SP - Launch Vehicles is hiring a Program Cost Control Analyst in Chandler, AZ. The role focuses on setting up cost control systems, preparing financial analyses, and maintaining funding requests.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance. Program Cost Control Analyst – Level 2 or 3

Location: Chandler, AZ (100% onsite; no telecommute). Schedule: 9/80 with every other Friday off.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up cost control system, monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring a validated cost schedule control system.
• Support audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and company management; provide fact‑finding and negotiation support.
• Prepare financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlooks, cash forecasting and variance analysis.
• Maintain accurate expenditure records, prepare expenditure projections and submit timely funding requests to the government.
• Support intercompany programs and site General Manager.
• Perform Earned Value Metric tasks, including WBS development, budget baseline, cost‑risk analysis/assessment, and visibility reports.
• Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Level2: Bachelor’s degree with 2years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 0years of professional experience.
• Level3: Bachelor’s degree with 5years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 3years of professional experience.
• Consideration for an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Earned Value Management (EVM) experience.
• Experience with financial analysis or reporting.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.

• Experience with FAR/DFAR.
• Experience with Costpoint, Cobra, Primavera, or SAP.

Total Rewards

Primary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 – $98,300.00. Secondary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 – $122,000.00.
