Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst / Principal Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst (Level 2 / 3)
Location: Plymouth, MN. Relocation assistance: None. Clearance required at start: Secret clearance is required.
Position Summary
- Prepare and present Estimate at Completion financial status in support of corporate requirements on a quarterly basis.
- Estimate monthly sales and operating margin by analyzing direct labor hours, raw material dollars, and other direct costs.
- Assist Financial Shared Services (FSS) with invoicing.
- Track and forecast invoice submissions and cash receipts on a monthly basis.
- Manage day‑to‑day financial requirements for multiple projects.
- Work with the program team and support required program meetings.
- Maintain project detail with Deltek/Costpoint.
- Support customer reporting requirements.
- Forecast and analyze manpower needs based on current and proposed program budgets.
Basic Requirements – Level 2
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) with at least 7 years of progressive finance experience, or
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of progressive finance experience, or
- Master's degree with 0 years of progressive finance experience.
- Proficiency in managing complexity, action orientation, effective communication, planning, and situational adaptability.
- U.S. citizen and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
Basic Requirements – Level 3
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) with at least 9 years of progressive finance experience, or
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of progressive finance experience, or
- Master's degree with 3 years of progressive finance experience.
- Proficiency in managing complexity, action orientation, effective communication, planning, and situational adaptability.
- U.S. citizen and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Salary Range
Primary Level: $72,400.00 – $108,600.00
Secondary Level: $89,900.00 – $134,900.00
