Job summary

Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) seeks a Program Coordinator to support ITSI-driven workforce development programs at COAST in Corpus Christi and RAM in Brownsville. You will coordinate schedules, monitor instructors, and manage the program’s budget under the ITSI Director’s guidance.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus five years of program coordination and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of Program Coordination or related experience.
• Must have a valid motor vehicle operator’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Equivalency: seven years of related experience with an Associate's Degree; nine years with a High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ITSI division program activities for TEEX Workforce Development Programs at COAST and RAM.
• Serve as liaison with host-location contacts to schedule and deliver training.
• Assist in marketing training and technical assistance.
• Monitor instructor and class performance and manage the program budget.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field

Seven years of related experience with Associate's Degree

Nine years of related experience with High School Diploma/GED
