Job summary

Texas A&M University’s Infrastructure Training And Safety Institute (ITSI) seeks a Program Coordinator for the COAST and RAM initiatives. The role reports to the ITSI Division Director and oversees division program coordination of TEEX workforce development programs in Corpus Christi and Brownsville, Texas.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field from an accredited college or university.
• Five years of Program Coordination or related experience.
• Must have a valid motor vehicle operator’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Equivalency: 7 years of related experience with an Associate's Degree, or 9 years with a High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with host-location points of contact and assists in marketing training and technical assistance.
• Coordinates training schedules and deliveries of classes.
• Monitors performance of instructors and classes.
• Manages the assigned fiscal budget for the program.
