Job summary

Greystone Programs, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Program Coordinator to oversee a group home in Wappingers Falls, NY within our Residential Services program for adults with I/DD.

You will lead the Direct Support Professional team, mentor staff, and create meaningful plans to support residents’ growth while ensuring compliance with OPWDD standards. The role requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and offers day/evening hours with on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant supervisory experience will be considered.
• OPWDD setting experience preferred.
• Willingness to mentor and train Direct Support Professional staff.
• Flexible availability including day/evening hours and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of one group home.
• Coordinate Direct Support Professional staff and daily activities.
• Develop, monitor and evaluate meaningful plans for residents to grow and develop.
• Provide mentorship and training to staff to ensure quality care.
• Respond to on-call needs as part of shift coverage.
