Greystone Programs, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Residence Manager to oversee daily operations of a group home in Hyde Park, NY within our Residential Services for adults with I/DD.

You will mentor DSP staff, lead in developing meaningful plans for residents and ensure high-quality support aligned with our core values of Respect, Integrity, and Diversity. The role requires flexibility with day/evening shifts and some on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred; relevant supervisory experience considered as an alternative.
• Demonstrated competence in independently leading/supervising staff.
• Experience working in OPWDD settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of one group home in Hyde Park, NY.
• Mentor, teach and guide Direct Support Professional staff.
• Lead in creating, monitoring and evaluating meaningful plans for residents.
