Job summary

Intertek, a leading quality and safety solutions provider, is seeking a Vehicle Test Fit Technician in Kentwood, MI. Join the Transportation Technologies Team to support automotive lab testing, documentation, and vehicle fit evaluations.

The role requires hands-on measurement, data recording, and collaboration with engineers and customers to ensure accurate results and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Capable of attaining ASE Certification.
• 2+ years in automotive collision repair or related field or vocational training.

Responsibilities

• Test fit body panels and lighting systems for fit, appearance and function.
• Comment on fit, appearance and functionality of vehicle panels and exterior lighting.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Provide input to management and customers as needed.
• Organize daily workload and communicate progress and turnaround times.
