NYU Langone Health’s Grossman School of Medicine invites applications for a Program Coordinator in the Office of Professional Development (OPD). The role focuses on student engagement, recruitment, and professional development programs funded by NYS CSTEP.

You will work closely with faculty, administrators, and student leaders to strengthen community and professional readiness. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with experience in higher education or student affairs, and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, health care administration or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in higher education, student affairs, program coordination, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with survey or data tools such as Qualtrics is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Mansioni

• Independently manage logistics for recruitment events, webinars, fairs, and campus visits.
• Advise on engagement approaches to enhance pathway programs.
• Maintain tracking systems for outreach activities, attendance, and expenses.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective students about educational opportunities and pathways.
• Manage logistics of major recruitment events, including open houses and second-look programs.
• Develop and maintain an alumni tracking system for OPD graduates.
