Job summary

NYU Grossman School of Medicine is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Office of Professional Development to coordinate student engagement, recruitment, and professional development initiatives under the NYS CSTEP program.

You will work with faculty, administrators, and student leaders to deliver programs that strengthen community and professional readiness across the medical school, reporting to the CSTEP Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication and time management skills.
• Experience planning events or programs and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage logistics for recruitment events, webinars, fairs, and campus visits.
• Coordinate and support student engagement, advising, and leadership training.
• Plan and execute programming in key CSTEP areas and professional development initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design and deliver joint programming with Education, Faculty and Academic Affairs.
• Manage and process conference funding requests and track event outcomes.
