Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of progressive administrative work experience with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a broad range of individuals.
• Strong planning, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; budgeting/basic accounting familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medical and religious accommodation intake processes and support team members.
• Manage SASS office operations and front desk support for student services.
• Triage student cases to prioritize high-need cases and maintain confidential records.
• Maintain scheduling databases and confidential student information; support data analysis.
• Assist with outreach, recruitment materials, and department website maintenance.
• Support planning of departmental goals and special projects.
