Job summary

Eastern Washington University is seeking a Program Coordinator for EWU School of Business in Cheney to support undergraduate business programs and coordinate activities related to the assigned programs. The role will involve extensive contact with program participants and collaboration with faculty and the Director of Graduate Programs.

This non-exempt position has a regular schedule (M-F 8am–5pm) with possible evenings or weekends for special projects.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• At least two years’ experience coordinating and fulfilling program tasks.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, implement, evaluate outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superior interpersonal and culturally responsive abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel.
• Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relevant website and marketing materials for programs.
• Manage social media and Canvas pages.
• Disseminate program information and updates.
• Track student enrollments and progress.
• Assist in writing, completing and presenting reports and updates.
• Provide programmatic support to the Director of Graduate Programs.
• Plan and implement student orientations, talks, and workshops.
