Job summary

Catholic Charities of Oregon is looking for a Program Coordinator to support Refugee Services and Good Shepherd Village in SE Portland. You will coordinate program activities, assist with reporting, and ensure contract compliance across multiple teams.

The role emphasizes data management, staff training, and daily operational support under the Program Director, with a focus on delivering high-quality client services.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate concisely and effectively, both verbally and in writing in English.
• Preference for fluency in a second language commonly spoken by refugee populations.
• Experience coordinating programs, projects, or teams involving multiple stakeholders.
• Travel between sites in Portland; valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Refugee Services and Good Shepherd Village program activities and contracts.
• Collect data, assist with monthly/quarterly reporting, and ensure contract compliance.
• Maintain calendars, files, and documentation; train staff on internal databases.
• Serve as point of contact with partners, staff, and funders; support program operations.
• Support onboarding, volunteer coordination, and cross-department collaboration.
