Job summary

Pierson Wireless in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Program Coordinator to serve as the operational hub for regional programs. You will own day-to-day project logistics, setup, tracking across the project lifecycle, and ensure sites are ready for construction.

You will coordinate kickoff calls, manage documentation like COIs and POs, act as the central POC for stakeholders, drive action items with internal teams and vendors, and support leadership with accurate, timely updates.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or program administration.
• Experience in telecommunications, construction, utilities, or field service industries preferred.
• Proficiency with project management or ERP systems (FST experience a plus).
• Strong MS Excel or Smartsheet skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the initial project setup and quote creation in FST.
• Coordinate kickoff calls with key stakeholders.
• Collect and track COIs, permits, and POs for readiness.
• Maintain real-time project schedules and trackers.
• Act as the central POC for job-related communications.
• Follow up with teams and vendors on open actions and deadlines.
• Support leadership with operational coverage when needed.
