Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Human Services or related field or equivalent.
• Alternative education/experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• The Program Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the program and ensuring effective service delivery.
• Provide leadership and oversight to staff, maintain program coverage through scheduling, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to support service delivery, monitor individualized plans, and coordinate activities.
