Job summary

Open Sky Community Services in Massachusetts seeks a Program Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations of our residential program. You will optimize scheduling, supervise staff, and ensure health, safety, and well‑being of individuals served, coordinating activities and service plans.

This role involves budgeting, coordinating transportation, and implementing procedures with the team, while promoting an inclusive, trauma‑informed work culture and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher in Human Services or related field.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities, required.
• Supervisory experience, required.

Responsibilities

• Provide goal‑oriented supervision to Counselors
• Facilitate weekly staff meeting, participate in supervision, team, and other assigned meetings.
• Manage program budget
• Develop and monitor the implementation of all procedures that ensure the health, safety, and well being of individuals served.
• Assist people to access, and/or provide, all needed transportation.
