Job summary

Open Sky Community Services in Massachusetts seeks an Assistant Program Coordinator to work with direct support staff, provide overnight supervision, and assist the Program Coordinator with staffing, operations, and budget tasks.

You will complete required documentation, support individual and group services, transportation, behavioral support, skill development, and community engagement while participating in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
  • Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

  • Implement activities that promote community engagement, relationship building, personal growth, and the development of valued social roles.

The Assistant Program Coordinator serves in a leadership role, working alongside direct support staff to provide services and supports to individuals served while overseeing and supervising overnight staff. They also provide administrative support to the Program Coordinator, including assisting with staffing schedules, program operations, and budget-related tasks.

Pay Range

$22.64-$25.45
