Job summary

Dungarvin inc in Portland, OR seeks a full-time Program Coordinator (PC) for our Residential Program to lead direct support and promote independence in individuals with diverse abilities.

You will provide one-to-one staff training, administrative assistance, and help foster a collaborative, respectful team environment. Two-week paid orientation and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Prior experience in residential DSP/supported living services preferred.
• Genuine interest supporting and empowering individuals with diverse abilities.
• Person-centered, patient, and kind.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Able to adapt to changing needs and handling challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
• Observant and detail oriented.
• Positive role-model for others, coachable, and able to work on a team.

• 18 years or older.
• Able to attend two weeks of PAID in-house orientation and training.

• Full-time
• Compensation: up to USD 22.5 - hourly

We help individuals with different abilities, like intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions, in a variety of programs with a focus on providing person-centered care. We are now hiring for the vital role of Program Coordinator (PC)for our Residential Programin the Portland Metro community.

• $22.50 per hour, guaranteed increase after 90 days
• Schedule: Sunday/Tuesday 9am-9pm (direct care shifts), Monday/Wednesday 9am-5pm (PC shifts)

As a Residential Program Coordinator (PC), you are the lead Direct Support Professional (DSP). You will help support individuals to live independently by providing direct support and positive direction while promoting self-determination, independence, and goal setting.

In addition, you would be responsible for providing one-to-one training of staff and assisting with administrative activities. Please note this is not a supervisory role.
