The Arc of Washington County - MD is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Outreach Personal Supports program in Hagerstown, MD. This role combines hands-on Direct Support Professional duties with administrative and scheduling responsibilities to support daily operations.

The position includes office-based work one day per week (Wednesdays) with the remainder focused on 1:1, person-centered support in homes and communities, promoting independence, growth, and meaningful community involvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Experience with direct support preferred.
• Scheduling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain weekly schedules for people supported.
• Coordinate community activities and PCP goals.
• Provide 1:1 direct, person-centered support in homes and communities.
