- Responsible for supervising Managers, ensuring all clinical aspects of the program are handled promptly and effectively. This includes updating and revising Residential Habilitation Plans/CFA, ensuring planning meetings (Shift, Annual, Semi-Annual, IDT, etc.) occur, and maintaining accurate minutes.
- Supervise and ensure all records maintained by houses comply with OPWDD regulations and SCO policies. Lead in-services for pre-service and annual training, and ensure all program-related documentation (EHR, financial records, medical books, emergency plans, etc.) are current and accurate.
- Oversee residential management activities, including processing purchases and invoices via Coupa, and ensuring timely billing and petty cash management.
- Maintain high standards of house operation, including building maintenance (boiler checks, lawn care, etc.) and overall facility standards, with supervisory visits documented accordingly.
- Conduct and document monthly site visits following the residential program checklist procedure.
- Manage Medicaid billing, ensuring services are documented per Medicaid and Waiver regulations, and maintain Evolve records as required.
- Review and approve all COUPA submissions, ensuring report accuracy.
- Maintain incident reporting systems and complete IRC submissions promptly.
- Ensure certifications such as SCIP-R, AMAP, CPR, First Aid, and AED are up to date.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director or designee.
- Ensure monthly program audits are completed at each site with findings and corrective actions reported to the Program Director.
- Participate in IRC/HRC committee meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred; BA/BS required.
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
- At least one year of experience managing an ICF/IRA.
- Working knowledge of ICF/IRA regulations.
- Ability to respond professionally to emergencies.
- Maintain a valid NYS Driver's License.

Working Conditions:
- 35 hours/week with a flexible schedule. Must be available for emergencies and conduct spot checks.
Scope of Responsibility:
- Manage all aspects of the residential programs, including physical plant, financial records, interdisciplinary team, re-certification, hiring, supervision, payroll, purchasing, billing, and liaison with DDRO and OPWDD. Responsible for screening, selection, and supporting development projects.
Travel Required
Yes, approximately 25% of the time.
