The Program Coordinator of Access and Network Expansion is tasked with enhancing access and expansion of network and ambulatory care to support our hospital, clinics, and their affiliates. The director will enhance external facing relationships with community providers, emergency medical services, and transferring hospitals and facilities. Day-to-day operations are managed using effective leadership, organizational, analytical, process and problem-solving skills. Supports the Executive Team in developing and meeting their strategic plan objectives for a system network.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Finance, or related field required; Masters preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years working in a healthcare environment. Marketing and/or Sales experience preferred in a healthcare environment. Prior management experience preferred. Must possess a thorough knowledge of hospital and physician services and operations, current events and developments in the healthcare industry including those impacting the healthcare market. Demonstrated experience utilizing articulate and effective communication skills. Prior experience coordinating business plans and developing trusted working relationships in an advanced integrated healthcare delivery system
