New Ways Services - ABI Division seeks a Program Coordinator to oversee two residential homes serving brain injury survivors and other life-changing events. You will supervise Site Managers and Direct Support Specialists, ensure high-quality care, and liaise with nursing, clinical staff, and external agencies to maintain regulatory compliance.
The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, plus CPR/First Aid and MAP certifications.
The Program Coordinator oversees two residential homes serving survivors of acquired brain injury or other major life-changing events. They ensure high-quality care, promote a positive program culture, and supervise Site Managers and Direct Support Specialists. Working closely with nursing and clinical staff, the Coordinator ensures compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies.
Pay Rate: $56,000 annually
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-4pm (40h)
