Job summary

Passavant Memorial Homes in Latrobe, PA is seeking a Program Coordinator to organize and coordinate therapeutic activities for the Westmoreland Long-Term Structured Residence (LTSR), including supervising staff and implementing program needs. This role runs 1pm–9pm on weekdays with rotating weekend shifts.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s Degree in a clinical discipline, has one year of mental health clinical experience, and a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a generally recognized clinical discipline is required.
• One year of mental health clinical experience is required.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervision/implementation of therapeutic recreational activities.
• Monitor all required residential and therapeutic activities documentation.
• Interview and hire residential staff.
• Provide supervision, staff training and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and develop appropriate residential policies and procedures.
• Oversee LTSR physical site and coordinate maintenance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the LTSR Director/Mental Health Professional.
