The University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) School of Nursing Dean's Office is seeking a part-time, 35 hours per week, contractual Program Coordinator - Maryland Clinical Placements Collaborative. This position will support day-to-day operations of statewide grant programs and specialty initiatives, serving as a resource for faculty, students, placement professionals, and clinical partners by coordinating academic activities, governance functions, and professional development programming.

Education : Bachelor's degree
Experience : Minimum of one (1) year administrative or program coordination experience. Prefer not required (3) years ofprior related administrative or program coordination experience, preferably in academic, healthcare, or workforce development settings.
Other : Except for qualifications established by law, additional related experience and formal education in which one has gained the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for full performance of the work of the job class may be substituted for the education or experience requirement on a year-for-year basis with 30 undergraduate college credits being equivalent to one year of related experience. In instances where specific education and/orexperience is required only directly related education and/orexperience may be substituted.
Knowledge of position requirements. Knowledge of all applicable requirements, regulations, and laws. Skill in effective use of applicable technology/systems. Ability to effectively communicate both verbal and written thoughts, ideas, and facts. Ability to work cooperatively with others and independently. $53,500 - $55,000 (prorated), commensurate with education and experience.
