UC Health in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Program Coordinator to support Department Leaders with daily administrative functions and to improve operational efficiency.
The role requires a proactive, self-starting individual with strong interpersonal skills, excellent MS Word/Excel abilities, and experience coordinating clinics, meetings, and policy updates in a healthcare setting. Hybrid schedule and collaboration with physicians and staff are required.
The Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Department Leader with daily department administrative functions. The Program Coordinator is required to be proactive in the development of business practices and plans that improve operations and cost effectiveness, may assist other management personnel in the department as well as be responsible for payroll and department records. Must have the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization, and work collaboratively with associates, physicians, vendors, and external customers to promote a positive environment.

Minimum Required: High School Diploma or GED. Preferred: Associate's Degree.
Preferred: 3 - 5 Years equivalent experience
Takes initiative on tasks with minimal supervision; self-starter.
Excellent Interpersonal Communications Skills Both Written And Verbal Required.
Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Software packages, including Word, Excel and database management.
Time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a demanding environment are essential.
Ability to interact with all associates, physicians, vendors, and customers.
