Sevita is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee the implementation of Individual Service Plans and supervise a team of Caregivers serving individuals with developmental disabilities. The role includes coordinating staff, trainings, and scheduling to ensure high-quality support in daily activities.

The position emphasizes direct support, program activities, and transportation or community outings, with a focus on safety and person-centered care.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate the implementation of ISP and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support to individuals including daily activities, meal prep, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties are split between direct support, program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by outings or transportation to work or activities.
