Job summary

Seattle Children’s is seeking a Program Coordinator III to support an in-person adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program. The role focuses on scheduling, communication, data management, and process improvement to help achieve program objectives.

Responsibilities include developing tools and training materials, coordinating with internal teams and external providers, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience that demonstrates knowledge and competency.
• Five (5) years program coordination support experience; including at least two (2) years organizing multiple projects through to completion.
• Experience working on process improvement projects with cross-functional teams.
• Experience convening and facilitating dialogue with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with drafting, editing and developing communications and/or reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities for a complex program, including scheduling and communication.
• Develop tools, policies, training materials, and procedures for program operations.
• Collaborate with Program Manager and team to implement program objectives.
• Facilitate interdepartmental activities and ensure ongoing program operation.
