Job summary

Seattle Children's seeks a Program Coordinator II to coordinate activities for a complex program, handling scheduling, communications, data management, and process improvement. You will work with the Program Manager and other staff to support program objectives and continuous improvement, ensuring clear stakeholder communication and effective execution of initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of related experience, strong facilitation and data entry skills, and the ability to convene

Qualifications

Two years college coursework in Business, Healthcare, Human Services or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three years program coordination support experience; including at least 1 year directing multiple projects to completion.
Experience convening and facilitating dialogue with diverse stakeholders; data entry and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Coordinate activities for a complex program including scheduling and communications.
Collaborate with program staff, manager, and stakeholders to implement program objectives.
Assist with data management, document preparation, and process improvement initiatives.
Support deployment of program strategy and initiatives essential for success.
