Job summary

Rutgers University-Camden invites applications for a Program Coordinator II within the Institute for Empowering Equitable Education in STEM (E3-STEM). This role supports daily logistics and coordinates grant-funded programs, reporting to the Assistant Director and collaborating with the Director to ensure smooth operation.

The position manages grants, tracks milestones, prepares detailed reports for funders, and ensures compliance with funder guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Minimum of one-year relevant experience in program coordination or administrative function.
• Familiarity with mentoring programs and STEM education desirable.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day logistics and administrative operations of E3-STEM programs.
• Manage existing grants and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, track milestones, and ensure compliance with funder guidelines.
• Prepare and submit detailed financial and programmatic reports to grantors.
